Este recurso possibilita gerenciar servi\u00e7os prestados pela biblioteca que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o gerenciados por outros M\u00f3dulos do Sistema.<\/p>\n

  1. Como criar um servi\u00e7o no sistema:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Os tipos de Servi\u00e7os s\u00e3o criados por meio dos par\u00e2metros do sistema. A equipe da DITTI cadastra novos servi\u00e7os de acordo com as solicita\u00e7\u00f5es apresentadas.<\/p>\n

    1. Cadastrando servi\u00e7o para o usu\u00e1rio:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      – Selecionar o Tipo de Servi\u00e7o;
      \n–\u00a0Selecionar a\u00a0<\/strong>Biblioteca;
      \n– Especificar o C\u00f3digo do Exemplar\u00a0se necess\u00e1rio;
      \n– Informar o Usu\u00e1rio;
      \n– Informar o Solicitante;
      \n– Especificar a\u00a0Quantidade;
      \n– Alterar o\u00a0Valor\u00a0se necess\u00e1rio;
      \n– Digitar Observa\u00e7\u00e3o\u00a0se necess\u00e1rio;
      \n– Alterar o status para\u00a0Aguardando, at\u00e9 que o servi\u00e7o fique pronto;
      \n– Caso necessite imprimir comprovante, marque a op\u00e7\u00e3o SIM.<\/strong><\/p>\n

      O valor do servi\u00e7o poder\u00e1 ser predefinido nos par\u00e2metros ou preenchido manualmente no momento da solicita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

      Caso o servi\u00e7o seja pago com anteced\u00eancia, poder\u00e1 ser inclu\u00eddo uma informa\u00e7\u00e3o no campo de\u00a0Observa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
