{"id":638,"date":"2017-09-04T17:40:48","date_gmt":"2017-09-04T20:40:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.ufmg.br\/gcirculacao\/?p=638"},"modified":"2017-09-06T10:27:44","modified_gmt":"2017-09-06T13:27:44","slug":"cadastro-de-chave","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.ufmg.br\/gcirculacao\/2017\/09\/04\/cadastro-de-chave\/","title":{"rendered":"Cadastro de Chave"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Cada biblioteca dever\u00e1 realizar o cadastro de suas chaves de Arm\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimentos:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Acesse o M\u00f3dulo de CIRCULA\u00c7\u00c3O DE MATERIAIS \u00bb\u00a0Arm\u00e1rio\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<strong>Cadastro;<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Informe o N\u00famero da Chave (veja abaixo padr\u00e3o para n\u00famero de chaves);<br \/>\n&#8211; Selecione Situa\u00e7\u00e3o Livre;<br \/>\n&#8211; Selecione a sua Biblioteca;<br \/>\n&#8211; Click no bot\u00e3o <strong>Inserir<\/strong>;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fa\u00e7a este procedimento para todas as chaves que desejar inserir.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bu.ufmg.br\/circulacao\/images\/stories\/chave-cadstro.jpg\" width=\"520\" border=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Padr\u00e3o para n\u00fameros de chave do arm\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para melhor identifica\u00e7\u00e3o das chaves, criar o n\u00famero da chave com os primeiros d\u00edgitos sendo o c\u00f3digo da biblioteca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Exemplo:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; O c\u00f3digo da Biblioteca Central\u00a0no Pergamum \u00e9 n\u00famero 1.<br \/>\n&#8211; Ent\u00e3o o n\u00famero da chave do arm\u00e1rio 3 seria\u00a0:\u00a01003.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cada biblioteca dever\u00e1 realizar o cadastro de suas chaves de Arm\u00e1rio.
