{"id":618,"date":"2017-09-01T22:16:13","date_gmt":"2017-09-02T01:16:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.ufmg.br\/gcirculacao\/?p=618"},"modified":"2023-12-14T18:18:39","modified_gmt":"2023-12-14T21:18:39","slug":"incluir-reserva","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.ufmg.br\/gcirculacao\/2017\/09\/01\/incluir-reserva\/","title":{"rendered":"Incluir Reserva"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Neste m\u00f3dulo \u00e9 poss\u00edvel controlar o processo de reserva de um determinado t\u00edtulo.\u00a0Possibilita cadastrar reserva de uma obra para um usu\u00e1rio espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procedimentos para incluir uma reserva:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informar o c\u00f3digo do Acervo\u00a0(se preferir utilize o bot\u00e3o Pesquisa para consultar pelo t\u00edtulo);<\/li>\n<li>Tecle TAB;<\/li>\n<li>Selecione Volume, Tomo Parte, Material e Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o (se necess\u00e1rio, isto \u00e9, se aplic\u00e1vel ao item que est\u00e1 sendo reservado);<\/li>\n<li>Selecionar a Biblioteca\u00a0onde deseja realizar a reserva (Biblioteca do exemplar);<\/li>\n<li>Informar o C\u00f3digo do usu\u00e1rio\u00a0(matricula do usu\u00e1rio). Se preferir utilize o bot\u00e3o Pesquisar para consultar pelo nome do usu\u00e1rio;<\/li>\n<li>Clicar no bot\u00e3o\u00a0<strong>Inserir.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bu.ufmg.br\/gcirculacao\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/reserva-pergamum-10.png\" width=\"887\" height=\"358\" border=\"1\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>A coluna<strong>\u00a0Pessoa que cancelou a reserva<\/strong>\u00a0est\u00e1 relacionada com a coluna\u00a0<strong>Sit. da reserva<\/strong>\u00a0e seu status poder\u00e1\u00a0ser:<\/p>\n<p><strong>0 <\/strong>\u2013\u00a0<strong>Normal:<\/strong>\u00a0a coluna pessoa ficar\u00e1 em branco. Reserva aguardando libera\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0<strong>Atendida<\/strong>: a coluna pessoa ficar\u00e1 em branco. Reserva j\u00e1 atendida;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0<strong>Exclu\u00edda pelo sistema<\/strong>:\u00a0 o c\u00f3digo \u00e9 -2. Reserva foi exclu\u00edda atrav\u00e9s do autom\u00e1tico dia\/Passo 5);<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 <\/strong>\u2013\u00a0<strong>Exclu\u00edda pelo usu\u00e1rio<\/strong>: o c\u00f3digo\u00a0\u00e9 -3 (exclu\u00edda pelo usu\u00e1rio atrav\u00e9s da\u00a0<u>Consulta WEB\/Acesso ao usu\u00e1rio<\/u>);<\/p>\n<p><strong>4 <\/strong>\u2013\u00a0<strong>Exclu\u00edda pelo usu\u00e1rio<\/strong>:\u00a0 aparecer\u00e1 o c\u00f3digo\u00a0do operador logado.
