Preencha corretamente os dados do tipo de usu\u00e1rio dos quais deseja cobrar, a sua biblioteca, o valor m\u00ednimo da multa, etc. No\u00a0 menu \u201cop\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, escolha \u201cEmitir Cartas\u201d.
